The manufacturer needs to rethink the laces!!!!!

Love the shoes!! On the down side the laces will not stay tied. They are too thick and very difficult to tie. I need to stop and retie every few minutes. The shoes alone are super comfortable

Cute shoe but fits long. Should have ordered a half size down. Not much support. Very little cushioning.

Received worn and dirty shoes!

I’ve been waiting months for these red suede shoes to reach 40% off. They just were delivered. They are NOT new! The soles are dirty and the suede is scuffed on the sides and the back. They are also very loose. Possibly the previous owner has wide feet? Additionally, the laces arrived cut and untied. I like the tailored look of the laces as shown in the photo. How to I achieve that original look? Where do I now put the extra 9” of laces on each side? The color is dull brick red, not vibrant. They are definitely being returned.
