Wrong item sent. Very disappointed

I received the wrong item. I had to do a return which really doesn't help me. I now have to make a trip to UPS during the busy holiday week. I was not offered to have the original item sent. The price increased on the item I wanted. I'm extremely disappointed and feeling put out. I want the item I ordered. I don't want to feel like I am cleaning up this error, that is no fault of mine.

gold is rose gold NOT yellow gold see photos

I love Bernini jewelry and was excited to get a great sale price— but! I was looking for yellow gold over sterling. I got what looks like rose gold over copper. It’s a very pink gold necklace. I love rose gold— my engagement ring is rose – – but this to me looks fake and brassy. The plain sterling silver might work fine. The necklace itself is pretty – – it has a nice weight and the links are modern looking. other reviewers mentioned that it is a bit less than 18 inches and that is true.. I would say 17.5 inches. Paper clip necklaces are statement pieces so they’re often worn longer. Also if you have a small pendant, no way is this chain fitting through In my photo the chain on the right is 14k yellow gold and 18” long. Macy’s is on the left.You can see the difference in color and length! Macy’s clasp is bigger but not a lobster claw. I added a third chain to highlight color Not up to Bernini‘s usual standards. It was made “special for Macy’s” —u may still love it!

So disappointed in the quality of this "paper clip" necklace! It does the name justice as it definitely looks like cheap paperclips! Years ago,the jewelry counter at Macy's meant quality. It is disappointing to find my jewelry choices to be overpriced(or are the sale prices the real prices) Macy's......I miss the store of years ago!

This is not an 18 inch chain, it’s 16 inch. Very light and looks and feels cheap.
