Very disappointed with macys this shoes run away too big and they are not refundable so is my lost because I won’t be able to wear it .

Stylish Boots

These are really cute, well-made boots that I ordered on Macy's one-day boot sale. Upon arrival, I anxiously tried them on hopefully they were the boots for me. Sadly, they hurt my feet so I returned them to the store. :-(

Sitting on the shoe shelf

These boots are not comfortable partly because of the shape of the toe of the shoe. Of course I did not figure this out until I wore them for a couple days, thinking they would get better, so didn't think I could return them.

Website deceptive.

I was searching/looking stores online to buy these Easy Spirit ankle booties. Most sites were unavailable or not my size. Finally I “found” them at Macys store online, the color and size I wanted. I ordered them and waited…About a week I received notice from Macy’s that booties weren’t available. Out of stock. I think these are deceptive sales practices to get info from people/customers even I think they put you at risk regarding personal info and credit card…My recommendations: make sure that merchandise info in your website is accurate and moreover Available. That requires monitoring, updating etc etc. /
