POOR customer service

I ordered these sandals in turquose and yellow. When they arrived, I tried on the turquose and they fit fine. Being the yellow ones were the same sandal, same size, I did not try them on. Today I went to wear the yellow sandals and discovered they shipped me 2 left feet, one size 6 & one size 7. I called Macy's customer service. Because the return time had elapsed, they would not issue me a refund. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The expectation is that if the shoes are identical except for color, one would not have to examine them all to make sure they didn't send 2 left feet, each a different size. I expected more from Macy's. They're losing a customer over this.

Honestly, I didn't know if I would like these when I ordered them. BUT I love them. They are super comfortable and the yellow is beautiful.

Very Comfortable

Very comfortable. Needed an indoor slipper that had a white sole. Does not scuff floor. Supports my arches and fits great. I wear a 9 1/2 and the 9 is perfect
