Runs large

I normally wear a 7, but now that I’ve worn them for about 4 months (daily for work) they feel loose, the right shoe is looser than the left. I retie them at least twice in a shift and still feel loose. My left heel no hurts after taking them off.. hate to say it but I won’t buy easy spirit again I feel like if I had to run my shoes would fly off .
