This shoes makes my ankles hurt.

No arch support

Wrong color depicted - the shoe is actually white

The shoe seems fine and comfortable, but I've ordered it twice and both times received a color not depicted in the photo. What I have been sent twice is a completely WHITE sneaker with black highlights. I tried to convey this to Macy's customer service after receiving the first shoe, but got nowhere. Need to change the picture - the shoe is not black!
