Cute but very hot fabric

I really debated on this one. It looks really cute on, but I hated the feel of the fabric. I could picture myself being very warm in it. I think if I had kept it, ( and I was tempted, because it’s very pretty on) - I think it would sit in my closet because of the fabric. I wasn’t wild about the zipper up the back. A bit to trendy.

Zipper is on the side

Incorrect description - the zipper is on the side, starting from underarm all the way down to the bottom. It's in white/silver metal, clearly visible. Less elegant, but somewhat trendy look. Very black, even though in the picture it looks charcoal/grayish.
