Eclipse is the third book in The Twilight Saga and I just loved getting to reenter this world. Ahhhhh this book was just so good. I just absolutely fell in love with these characters and this great story. This book was just so easy to get lost in and I just didn’t want it to end. I will definitely be reading the next book in this series.

Had Me at The Edge of My Seat
I haven’t yet read the fourth book in the series, but so far this is my favorite. As a diehard Team Edward fan, New Moon was not appealing to me but eclipse makes up for it all. No matter what side you’re on, this book has enough of Jacob and Edward, for everyone to love it. Eclipse has everything, the Volturi, Victoria, werewolves, vampires, conflict, and out of control newborns. Stephanie Meyers just became my new favorite author.

Intriguing Story Controlled by Love
Although I am always such a sucker for love stories, this book of the Twilight Saga had a mysterious spin to it which I found very interesting and enjoyable. I have loved this saga so far, but this book was very unexpected. It started off with a quote from Robert Frost, “Some say the world will end in fire, some say in ice. From what I’ve tasted of desire I hold with those who favor fire. But if it had to perish twice, I think I know enough of hate to say that for destruction ice is also great and would suffice.” This confused me at first, but it made sense to me at the end when I found out ‘fire’ was Edward and ‘ice’ was Jacob, continuing with their love triangle from books before. What separated this book from the rest was that the conflict didn't revolve around the classic characters like the Cullens, Bella, and Jacob; it was more about Victoria and Riley. Although Victoria has been around since book one, I really did not expect her to make such a comeback. As much as I am team Edward, it does crush me to see Jacob’s heart get broken when Bella chooses a vampire life instead of Jacob. When Jacob confessed to Bella and kissed her, I was really upset with Bella for punching him. I know she was with Edward and it made her uncomfortable, but she was doing too much by punching him. Honestly, I would’ve preferred her to kiss him back. This book was really suspenseful and through certain times it made me nervous and I was unable to put it down. I liked the part when Alice had a vision of Victoria and Riley’s newborn army attacking Forks because that led to the alliance between the wolf pack and the vampires which is all that Bella really wants. I thought the part where Bella, Edward, and Jacob camping out together to prepare to fight was very cute how the guys were bonding over their love for Bella; Jacob was keeping her warm in the freezing cold, and Edward was comforting her and letting her know she was safe with him. Overall, I adored this book and I would definitely recommend it if you love romance novels or suspense. I will be continuing to read the saga and I’m looking forward to reading the next book and digging deeper into their love triangle.

Not great
I would say this was my least favorite out of all books - felt forced and pointless, like to fill a gap. It was OK, too cheesy at times and forced myself to finish the book.
