Poor quality, abysmal support

Purchased (2) Eclipse Carlton Blackout shades in champagne 09.20.22. One of them is non functional after 6 months of limited, gentle use. Macy’s will not exchange snd manufacturer does not have troubleshooting support nor advice on how to repair the blind. Keeco/Eclipse, manufacturer will also not exchange for defective product. I have (5) other similar blinds from a different manufacturer. purchased at the same time and they are working beautifully. Given level if Macy support and manufacturer/product failure will seek alternatives.
