They also have a blackout feature which is nice, especially when it comes to blocking out the cold this time of year where I live! These curtains are stylish and effective! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Eclipse Round & Round Thermaweave blackout panels are just the thing when the world is a bit much. My 100+ year-old home has lots of large windows, and the sun glare and city noises can be quite distracting. The light can make it difficult to watch TV, and nighttime light pollution can make it difficult to get to sleep and stay asleep. These curtains are not only attractive, but their dense and tightly-woven polyester is just the thing to keep the light out and also dampen the outside noises. The interlocking embossed circle motif also adds a nice decorative touch. The Blue River color I chose has a fair amount of soothing green in it. Construction is solid, and the grommets are large dark metal. I plan to give a set to my sister, who has to be in bed by 7 PM and gets up between 3 and 3:30 AM for her job, to help her enjoy better sleep.
