I've been looking at this chair for some time and finally bought it, I love it! I will probably buy a second one to add to my space. Very comfy for me.
Great chair for small spaces.
Love the chair. We needed to put 2 chairs in a small area, these work great for us. Comfortable. Gave a 4 as at full recline, it can tip backwards.
Best chair ever!
We bought two a year ago, use them constantly and are getting two more for our den area. I had an injury recently and needed to sleep in it for a few weeks. We cannot say enough about how great they've been for us. Delivery was on time and the people were great setting them up. They are very comfortable. We are active 75 yr. olds and recommend this chair for anyone. Our grands also love them!
Like the Style and Color
Pleased with the style and color of this recliner, it was good to know that I could select a different color from the one on display.
color is 'way off
I should have gone to the store to check out the color, It is a very dull and faded burgundy, not at all like the web illustration, which showed a deep garnet red..This looks like something your grandma would have had in her attic. Other than that, the chair seems fine , but I am glad that I got it on sale, Will have to use a throw and hope to brighten things up . In another color, might be fine for someone.
Terrible
This is the second chair purchased from Macy's and both have failed within a year. This chair, the padding on the lower back somehow "disappeared" and the only thing you can feel is the metal bars through the fabric. The fabric does not hold up and the chair was barely used. I would never purchase furniture from Macy's again. Macy's use to have quality furniture. Somewhere down the line, the quality has cheapen.

Chair fell apart
Chair was assembled very quickly. Within the first 24 hours, one wing completely fell off when moving the chair. We could not reattach it properly. Macy's is delivering a new chair next week. We'll see if this one stays together.

Just what we were looking for!
We are extremely happy with our two new recliners! They are very comfortable; the fabric feels marvelous and looks exquisite. They couldn't be more perfect for our room. We were also beyond delighted that we could find them in a store where we could actually see what we were getting!! The delivery was exceptionally fast and efficient.
