DID NOT RECEIVE

I am livid and once again thinking of ceasing to order from Macy's. The first jacket arrived defective and missing metal button. The delivery guy picked up the jacket and a second one was ordered. We have requested that when our packages are delivered, the delivery person should ring the doorbell, knock loudly and wait for the recipient to arrive at the door. This takes only a minute, but there is impatient and leave. Also, usually if no one is home, (which I became hospitalized due to an emergency health issues) an attempt to deliver note is left on the door and a second attempt or phone number is left for the customer to make arrangements to receive the item. Notes state the second jacket was delivered but I never received it. We live in a building which anyone can walk off the street to enter. It is unsafe to just drop a package at an apartment door and hold the customer responsible for paying for something which was not received. This is how Macy's & DSL cheats disabled seniors.

oversised size down to fit better

This is definitely very oversized. I ordered the XL and the sleeves are way too long and too much room in the shoulders. ordered a smaller size and hoping for a better fit.
