Gorgeous dress, size up if you have hips

Loved the dress but I did find it also ran small. I’m between a S and a M, I went with M and it was still tight on my hips. It would have been cutting it too close for comfort to wearing it out because it could ride up. So I ended up wearing it as a top and got so many compliments.
