Beautiful Ring but not the BLACK PEARL

I ordered this ring and I was expecting to receive the Black Pearl Ring as presented on the Macy's website. but I received yellowish color pearl that it was not my expectation. I called the Macy's customer service unfortunately, they hang up the phone and second time they send me return label which I never requested return the item. I like the ring but I am not happy with the color of Pearl. Anyway, the ring is beautiful and quality is good.
