Gem fell off. Still waiting for replacement!

One of the gems fell off less than 1 month after buying, and I’ve been trying to get a replacement since November 2023. Customer service is terrible!!!! although the ring is beautiful.

A stone fell out in less than a year. This is way too expensive for that to happen! Not sure what to even do with it now.

Pretty but terrible quality

While the product was really beautiful, less than three weeks of normal wear resulted in two of the stones falling out. For the price of the product, you would think it would be better quality. However, macys handled the situation really well! I was able to send the ring back for a full refund.
