Present gone wrong

Purchased as Christmas gift and I kept finding it on floor or couch as it kept coming unclimbed. I am glad I was home so I didn’t lose it. Bad quality

Anytime you put it on your wrist it just pops up open and the safety pins are also very loose and it just there for the show and it’s not working
