nothing shines

I bought the earrings and ring based on the good reviews, but the stones on the earrings and ring I received looked like plastic, they were opaque, very opaque and I was not happy with the purchase, so I had to return them.

Effy Mystic Topaz Small Huggie Hoop Earrings

I purchased these earrings for my sister's birthday, she was very happy. I also purchase the matching ring. She said the colors were bright, she stated the earrings and ring can be worn for daytime work as well as going out for the evening. She did say earrings were a small Huggie as stated in the description.
