    Love this ring. It is smooth and very comfortable to wear. Due to the "channel" setting it does not snag or catch on anything. As stated in other reviews, the sapphires are very dark which is one of the features I love about this setting.

    Is it onyx?

    I purchased this online expecting it to be a bit dark due to the setting; however, it was absolute black. I took it to my local Macy to return and the clerk commented on what a pretty "onyx" ring.

    Nice ring

    The work is good, designe is lovely. Sapphires are very, very dark, especially the main stone. It is almost totaly black. You have to buy it on great sale, otherwise it is greatly overpriced.
