Had to return after trying to fix lock 3 times

It took Effy almost 8 months to try to fix lock and second time they fixed lock but broke bracelet middle tanzanite started to stick out. so third time Effy didn't do anything. Sad that Effy quality went down

Effy bracelet not made well

Love the bracelet but had to bring it back 3 times as it wouldn't stay closed and one bracelet lost a stone. Finally my 4th bracelet has lasted--stayed closed-- for a week so hopefully it will last. Effy tanzanite did not do a good job on this bracelet. Expensive bracelet should be made better!

DIAPPOINTED WANT MY MONEY BACK

i BOUGHT THIS BRACELET LAST YEAR. I WORE IT ONCE AND LOST IT. I JUST READ SOME OF THE REVIEWS AND I SEE THAT THIS IS A DEFECT OF THE BRACELET. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK PLEASE. I HAVE BEEN A MACY'S CUSTOMER FOR MANY, MANY YEARS. DISAPPOINTED THEY JUST KEEP RESELLING

Pretty bracelet with the right amount of bling.

The color of the tanzanite is not the brilliant purple, but the colors match all the way around. The clasp on mine is nice and strong, like the added side clasps. Great length, but I have a small wrist. Loose but not too loose. Pretty, substantial, not not overdone. Great buy.

Disappointed - Defective

Good uniform color. Unfortunately, the clasp was faulty and the bracelet fell right off. We tried replacing it twice more. The safety clasps were faulty. Since they were all defective, I returned all three bracelets. It's too bad, because I'd been eyeing tanzanite for several months and was excited about my purchase. Instead, I'm very sad. What's especially concerning is that two of the bracelets' price tags were incomplete, indicating they were probably returns, and not repaired before selling them again. It also appeared that after I returned them, they were placed in the jewelry case, ready for sale. Was really hoping to have a positive review.
