Cheap

received this item two days ago and was shocked when I opened it. It came in a tiny bag, not even a box, making it look very cheap. The quality is nothing like the picture shown—completely disappointing. I was so excited when Macy’s had this pearl on sale, but it turned out to be a waste of money. Honestly, don’t buy this pearl. The presentation and quality are not worth the price and do not meet Macy’s standards. You’re better off buying from Kohl’s, where the jewelry comes packaged properly and looks much nicer. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

Poor quality

While trying to remove the tag, the string tore and a pearl came loose. I couldn’t even wear it once. The necklace looked beautiful but turned out to be poor quality.

If only the clasp worked…

I like the necklace but will have to return or exchange it for one with a functional clasp. The necklace I received is either missing a piece that closes clasp and holds hook end of necklace around the circle end OR it is perfect design for necklace to be broken or lost by unexpectedly falling off the neck of its wearer.
