I received used, damaged shoes

My first pair of shoes never arrived, I called customer service, they sent me another pair. I just received the package from UPS, the shoes are used and damaged. Very disappointed, unsatisfied with this purchase

Runs small

I had high hopes for these heels but they were too small (and sold out of bigger sizes). They have fantastic cushion in them but seem to run half size small.
