Linen Shirt

I bought this shirt because of the color (greenish) and because it was on sale. I couldn’t have brought myself to pay full price but I’d been looking everywhere for this color. I wear linen shirts over t-shirts and tanks to protect my arms from the sun. I tried following the care instructions but ironing dry and warm didn’t remove enough of the wrinkles so I used steam with a cooler setting. That was enough to remove the wrinkles. Otherwise, I followed the washing and drying instructions. The shirt fits well. I bought a Petite Small. I am 5’4” and 115 lbs, for reference. I know I will get a lot of wear from this shirt.

Important note about color

Love the color, however, do not make the incredibly dumb mistake I did of letting something light colored slip into the wash load with it. The dye does bleed!!

Perfect shirt

This blueberry is the loveliest color, a rich denim like purple blue but in linen. Perfect with slim pants or skirt. It has a lovely collar to turn up. It has a full back which gives the shirt a nice swing and drape.
