BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

This Elegant Comfort Pintuck 8 Pc. Comforter Set Full/Q comforter set has an unpleasant odor when opened. I let it air for a couple days with no dissipation. I then followed the instructions and washed it in cold water delicate and low heat. The filling had large clumps and even a torn section where the filling was coming out. I had to throw it away as it was unusable. I called Macy's Customer Service and since 30 days had lapsed, they offered nothing -- no refund, no credit, no replacement. MACY'S IS DELETED FROM MY SHOPPING LIST. WAYFAIR IS MUCH MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY AND THEY USUALLY HAVE THE SAME MERCHANDISE. ITS UNDERSTANDABLE WHEY THEY HAVE TO CLOSE MANY OF THEIR STORES. BAD, BAD, CUSTOMER SERVICE. BOYCOTT THEM!!!

Do not purchase

After a few weeks the comforter begin to shred & the stuffing was coming out. The sheets are horrible; they slide all over the place.

I ordered this Comforter set. Delivery said it would be delivered on 12-09-22. I waited all day. Finally I tracked my order. It said my package had been delivered at 1pm to my garage. Lol…How and I don’t have a garage. Bad business!!
