Nighttime eye mask

I was immediately impressed with the quality and look of this product. The cream is clear and just thick enough so it stays on your finger and doesn’t drip off. I put this around my Eye bony structure while concentrating on the under eye and outside of the eye. When I awaken my skin looks brighter and tighter. I love this mask.

Weird product

Balm. We think of lips. THIS is a balm to clean your face with. It's weird I'll admit that. But I've tried other facial products from this company prior to this sample that I was pleased with. The sample was small but I had enough to use more than twice. My makeup came off (I dont wear much at all tho) I didn't use it on my eye makeup (mascara) because I didn't read if that was okay. I couldn't find that in any info. I may have overlooked it.

Okay

Bought this set due to wanting to try the eye mask. It’s an okay product, feels nice but don’t see visible results.

Love this eye mask.

I just started using Elemis products and I am beyond impressed with the quality of every product I have used. I love this eye mask It leaves your under eyes very moisturized, and my fine lines have definitely improved.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

I ordered this set for Christmas. The tracking is saying it’s been at UPS in Chelmsford since the beginning of December. I tried to place a claim with UPS and they directed me to Macy’s. Macy’s DENIED my claim and won’t send a replacement OR refund my money!!! I even responded to their email 3 weeks ago (as it said to do if you disagreed) and have heard NOTHING. Elemis is NOT cheap either. And, on a side note, I had ANOTHER shipment that never showed up but, luckily, I found the same item elsewhere - FOR LESS - and cancelled the order. If Macy’s can’t make this right, I will never spend another dime there. UNACCEPTABLE.
