Great for diet Watchers

I ordered this before I knew I was Type 2 Diabetic. It is kind of fun to get creative. I add broccoli, cauliflower, flaxseed, cheese, avocado and a variety of other vegetables. Every time my omelets come out perfect. The max eggs that I have used is three eggs because of the fillers. I am very happy I bought this even though I paid a little bit more. It's helping me to learn a new way of cooking.
