    broke on first trip

    worst quality of these, bought for my trip but when landed it was already broken and my stuff was all over on the luggage belt, imagine this horrific situation while dealing with 3 tired kids!

    Very bad product

    Hand luggage wheel is broken, and other one zipper is not working, so I have to dump two! Only for one time use.

    DO NOT BUY. Please.

    This is the one of the worst suitcase I bought in Macys. The plastic came damaged with marks, and plastic not molded. No extension on the suitcases as described. Need to travel tonight, so not sure what is my next option. :(

    Terrible

    Used for one trip and the sides started to collapse on both th3 larger cases. On the return trip, the wheel of the middle case completely cracked and broke.

    Arrived Damaged

    Arrived damaged. This is deeply annoying considering I didn't have time to go into the store personally and now have no other choice as I have to return these.
