Easy Spring Dress

Design is very forgiving and the dress is perfect for an outdoor, spring event. Slightly loose at the top for me as a I have a short torso, but not too noticeable. Very bold design, so not as repeatable as other pieces. Very long - needed to hem 2 inches while wearing 4-inch heels.
