Terrible Experience Macys

I received this product with the cream totally leaked out & shruken up. To return it I would have to pay an additional 10.00 ! To return to a store I had to drive 35 miles to another town that had a Macys store. They did not have another one to exchange and in fact they did not have this product ( ceramide capsules) at all. Super frustrating...sorry Macys but I will buy it elsewhere. Extremely poor-quality control and shipping by Macys. Product itself is great. I'm sure this review will never be published but Macys you should know you are losing valuable customers. I have used you for years but I'm tired of these problems and return problems I can buy it elsewhere easier, faster, better quality control and free returns.. I hope this feedback helps to solve issues for other shoppers.

New items to review!

I just love the capsules so getting a few extra items allows me the opportunity to try more products. My skin didn’t love the day cream but the eye cream was delightful. I might look into a bigger container if I buy more. Thank you for the gift set plus a lip moisturizer, to boot.
