Separating

I have used the lift and firm ceramide day cream with spf since it was first introduced and have loved it. My mom bought a jar last year and she noticed that the oils separated from the cream. We took it back to a Macy’s store that carries EA (1 hr. 45 min away) and even though it was past the 30 day return window, they did exchange it for her. It was a bit of an ordeal but we were thankful. My mom and I thought it was a fluke because it had never happened before. I ordered a jar for myself a couple of months ago because I was running low. Unfortunately, it is starting to separate. I have to stir it each morning. The jar that my mom exchanged for is also separating. I didn’t open my jar until after the 30 days and it wasn’t easy exchanging the last time, so my mom and I just have to keep the jars. We will definitely be looking for a new day cream.

Advanced Ceramide degrades after opening.

(N) 23515A exps2025 MR is the lot number on the Elizabeth Arden Day Cream, 15 spf, product that was shipped. The face cream has degraded into a mild yellow liquid and white cream. Shaking does not restore the texture. What is going on? I would like an exchange.

Not worth the money

Very expensive, the ceramide cream spf 15 tube is unsealed, also for one use only. I thought I am paying for the nice set, however you are getting only the capsules.
