Great product but bad packaging.

I used this eye cream for a long time, but switched to EL because of the packaging. The "pump" wastes the cream, is awkward to travel with, and impossible to remove the top when it gets low. Believe me, I tried! Just wasn't worth the effort and product I couldn't get to. But, the eye cream itself was my favorite. Sad, because I'd love to use it again, just tired of wasting money! Would I recommend to a friend? Yes, and no! See reasons above.

Great product!

I have very sensitive skin under my eyes and this product does not irritate my skin. It works amazing. I ran out and couldn’t get to Macy’s for about a week to get more and I could see the difference.

This product stays on my skin like a film. If I try to spread it over my face, it turns into jelly-like residuals. I have to wipe them off before applying on my normal facial cream. I've been using it for more than two weeks and haven't seen any changes to my skin.
