Not delivered for extra charge......why

I paid extra for this to be relived yesterday and it still has not been delivered. I am extremely disappointed as it was my MIL 86th Birthday! I have no problem with the product but, paying extra for a specified delivery and not getting it delivered is just bad business!

Ordered these on July 23, supposed to be delivered July 25, this is the 29th and still hasn’t arrived. Never had an order from Macy’s take this long! Not very pleased.
