Inaccurate shipping timeframe

This product says delivery within 3-6 business days. My order has been processing 3 business days and a Saturday and Sunday. Zero movement. I contacted Macy's and was told delivery is actually expected 12 business days from the date I ordered so with weekend, over 2.5 weeks.

Big no

They’re so thin. I gave it them 24hours to “puff up” but it didn’t do much. My head stays cool on them but can’t say there’s much support. I miss my old pillows.

Very nice pillows

These are very high quality pillows. They come vacuum packed, but we let them set overnight and ran them on tumble in the dryer (no heat) and they came beautiful. We have been using them now about a week, and are very happy with them.
