No Down & Tiny Pillows

Comfort Down over priced for very thin Down. & 2-Park Pillow not standard bedding because the pillows are tiny compared to our standard pillows.

Takes forever to get your purchase

We ordered a second set of the same sheets we had purchased in the past because we liked them. It took over 12 days to receive. Very poor delivery service. In this day and age of same day or overnight deliveries this is not acceptable. I can now see one reason why Macy’s is not doing well in the retail space in comparison to other of its competition. We will not be purchasing via online Macys in the future.
