I recently purchased an Ella Jayne white down pillow and found that it surpassed my expectations. While the label states”At least 75% goose down,”I believe it’s more like 85%. I have a number of down pillows but this super soft one is my favorite.

This is a horrible horrible horrible pillow for it being a firm it’s more like a soft I would not recommend this product

The Ella Jayne White Down Firm Density Pillow is designed to provide firm support for side and back sleepers, but because it is filled with premium RDS-certified down, it will always feel naturally plush rather than stiff like a foam pillow. A firm down pillow does not behave the same way as a firm synthetic or memory foam option.
It sounds like the softness of real down simply was not the right match for your preference. If you prefer a pillow with very rigid or elevated support, our down alternative firm models are a better fit.

The pillow was advertised as goose down. When it came, I looked at the label and it says that it is 70 percent down.

Could use twice as much fill. Falls flat as soon as you lay your head on it.

Thank you for your feedback. The Ella Jayne White Down Soft Density Pillow is intentionally designed with a lower fill level because it is made specifically for stomach sleepers. A slim, softer profile is what keeps the neck and spine in proper alignment in that position. A pillow with “twice as much fill” would actually be uncomfortable — and potentially harmful — for stomach sleepers.
The pillow you received is performing exactly as designed, though it sounds like the soft density simply isn’t the right match for your sleeping style. Customers who want a higher loft or more support generally prefer our Medium or Firm Side/Back Sleeper options instead.

Firm is not “firm”
The quality and the firmness are not worthy the price I paid for the pillow. I ordered a standard firm but it is very soft and too plushy. In addition, the size is much smaller than the standard size pillow case.

I have Ella Jane down duvets and I adore them... Unfortunately the pillows leave something to be desired. I purchased 4: 2 Queen firm/soft & 2 King firm/soft. Honestly, neither have enough loft. They just pack down and feel like the Carter Club pillows I was replacing after years of use. I had high hopes! The duvets, tho....that's where Ella Jane shines.

This pillow is a piece of heaven! It fluffs nicely and molds to your needs. I have another of these and it has traveled the world with me and ten years later is still perfect.
