Perfect mug

Great size for cup holders. Doesn’t tip over. Perfect for hot/cold beverages. Keeps them at right temperature for hours.

Good mug, bad batch

I have recently bought 2 of these mugs and I really like them but I just used the second one for the first time today and found that the slider lid is broken and I can't use it. I had to open the mug to drink directly from it which defeats the purpose of keeping my drink hot. I really wish I could get a replacement lid or something to explain how to fix this defect.

Cant Open

Not sure if mine is faulty but I bought one and genuinely cannot get the black cap off the cup... Clearly from the images there is a way the cap comes up. I keep pulling, tried running under water and nothing. Its almost like someone opened the cap and put gorilla glue on the rim so I wouldn't be able to open. Very disappointed.

Best tumbler I've purchased

I love this tumbler ! The right size for travel,truly leak proof and Coffee stays hot until finished . I recommend this tumbler. It's also cute :two_hearts:

I purchased them as Christmas

I purchased them as Christmas gifts. They absolutely were a hit. They are easy to use and handle. They are very durable.. They kept their coffee hot while traveling back home.

Exception

I purchased the travel mug to carry hot liquid. It keeps it hot for hours. My issue is the lid. Once I place the lid, it seems to have a airtight seal. This gives me a very difficult time removing the lid. I often have to ask my husband to remove it.

Don't buy it!

I saw reviews that said the lid is very hard to remove. Believe it!! Those reviews aren't here. I give it one star for being what I wanted in terms of size and insulation and no handle. True that it doesn't leak thru the opening, but it did leak into my bag because it wasn't screwed on all the way. So HARD to OPEN and HARD to CLOSE!!! I'm going to look now at what the warranty covers. I want to return it!

Best mini tumbler ever!

I got one of these tumblers and my husband and I fought over it so I bought two more and bought all my kids one last Christmas. It is everyone’s ‘go to’ everyday whether you use a K-Cup or Verisimo or just good old fashioned drip coffee it is the perfect on the go size and keeps the coffee hot
