First and foremost, let me say that these chairs are gorgeous. But the installation was an absolutely nightmare. It took me and my dad (who is an engineer) 7 hours to put together 6 chairs. Here is a summary of the issues: 1- Not just one, but THREE chairs didn’t have the fabric cut out for the screws to fit into. We had to cut the beautiful fabric manually, which was ridiculous 2- So many holes had the staples sticking out, which prevented the screw from going in 3- Where they burned the fabric around each screw hole, the plastic pooled so nearly every screw would barely fit. We had to cut almost every hole (~4 per each chair) 4- The instructions should be written backwards. It’s impossible to adhere the base to the back of the chair because the screws they provide are too small (even with two people, it’s impossible). You need to first secure the long screws before you can clamp down and fit the small ones.
