POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

This was supposed to be my Xmas dress returned it on 12/23 up to now no refund yet. Are u guys really serious with ehat u are doing? U claim to be 3rd party why us it supposed to be the customer paying for ur business deals??? If I buy an item on Macy's and it doednt fit refund the customer ASAP and sort ur businesses the 2 of u later. Its not fair that the customer is the one paying for ur inconviniences. Macy's is now taking customers for granted. Macy's online is becoming nuisance. I returned because its too long. Not for short people. Am 5.2 Sincere Disappointed customer.

I wear a 1x and some 2x but this dress fitted me like a 4x or a 5x size dress I will have to send it back
