Curtain panels and coordinating scallop valance both feature a three inch rod pocket that is recommended with up to a one inch rod for maximum movement, as well as a chic 1.5 inch header. New Curtains in Historic House

I purchased these (2 pairs,, ivory) for bedroom use in a large-scale, Greek Revival house. They are hung and gathered at large windows with a high ceiling and a lot of moulding trim. In application, they do better than I expected at "draping," as opposed to their pictured straight, tailored fall. They are still a bit stiff (and still showing folds), but I expect they will mould themselves into a relaxed appearance as they hang.a They slid perfectly on my existing rods. Being washable and having a subtle silk finish, they do well by their 175-year old city, open-window river-front environment. That they are light blocking is a true benefit in an east-facing bedroom

Not the color shown

I ordered the gold panels, they were almost a brown color, really misleading. Totally off on the color shown. I returned them.
