False product advertising

There is no such gown, my order was cancelled with no given reason. Customer service is rude and unhelpful.

Arrived damaged in bag

The dress arrived with a hole in the seams and one of the straps was completely ripped off from the dress. I could have stitched it and fixed it myself, but I didn't want to pay for something that can't in the condition it came.

The dress is very pretty, however the dress they sent me was worn by someone. I can smell the perfume they wore all over the dress. And it was ripped as well.
