are these gummies yummy? yes. are they working to relieve stress? not sure. you have to take 3 gummies a day consistently to see any change. me personally, i haven’t noticed change. the bottle comes with 36 gummies which means one bottle lasts you only 12 days. not sure how much a bottle costs but i imagine it’s not worth it.

There ok

There ok gummies but I don’t notice a improvement in my health after taking these vitamins. I prefer the original emergen-c orange flavor for vitamins but that’s my opinion.

If you like sugar with a taste of vitamins

There was way to much sugar in these gummies. I was excited for them to be healthy, and the health benefits were great. However, it was hard to eat the large servings with all the sugar. Basically sugar drops.

Great gummies!

I really like the taste of these gummies and they do work very well. They work best if taken in the morning where you feel a burst of energy as well as feel more relaxed and prepared for the day. I would definitely recommend these to anyone I Who works in high stress environments.
