Beautiful

Damaged fabric

3 out of 4 chairs arrived with scuffed fabric and significant damage, when we called costumer service about the issue (which was noted by the delivery person who noticed the damage), they refused to replace the items because (they have to send somebody to make sure it is not a damage that they can repair), which is not the case (an example in the photos attached). After waiting for over a week for somebody to come, they showed up out of the time frame we requested, we got called while at work that if we are not available, they will have to reschedule again! and now we do not know how long it will take. I would not recommend buying furniture from Macy's.

Very comfortable

These are nice chairs. They are very comfortable. I go the sand color with champagne legs and they are good quality.
