Pretty, well made, strong table. Colors untrue

I received my table a few days ago and it looks strong and well made. I chose the "silver" base and tempered glass. The glass is thick enough to last for many years. But the base is advertised as "silver", and it is NOT. The color is dark grey. Which is very different from "silver". I am now unsure if when ordering the chairs they will be "silver" or grey!
