Worst Macy’s customer service

Watch is a dope to look at but Macy’s has sent me a defective noon functioning watch. I’ve returned it and ordered a replacement and even the second it was a non functioning watch. Inspite of sending huge amount for this expensive watch not sure how can they send defective watches. Ridiculous!!
