Too narrow

These boots look amazing but they are too narrow. I bought a pair for myself and my best friend and apparently, we’ve both had problems because zipping up the boots

Beautiful Boot, Disappointing Service

This is a beautiful boot. Unfortunately, one of the boots arrived without a heel tip. I reached out to London Rag immediately upon delivery to remedy the problem via email as instructed. It is almost a month later, and I have yet to hear back from them. I also reached out to Macy’s customer support after not hearing back from London after the first week. I advised all I wanted was a replacement boot. Macy’s assured me that I would hear from London within 5 business days. It has been approximately 18 and I have yet to hear from anyone. I am disappointed in the service. Can’t comment on the fit of the boot itself as I have been unable to wear them.
