scratched or cracked in < 1000 steps use

I wore these shoes to the office the other day. Very first wear. I got on an empty bus directly across the street, took it directly to office, got up to my office and saw they were either scratched or had a chipped faux leather area on toe… one colleague did complement me on them being cute, but they are obviously not a very durable quality. I didn’t kick anything or trip and now they already look bad/will be difficult to wear on the future.

ballerina shoes

In the picture these London Rag flats are cute; however, they run large and look cheap. I was very disappointed in the quality. Macy's needs to keep their status as an incredible store and not with cheap items.
