I ordered several items from English Factory to try and it was a horrible mistake. They are boxy, itchy, and very poor quality. The worst part is that this brand is a “marketplace” item, which means even though I returned it to the store, I had to wait nearly two weeks and call four times to try and get a refund. The products need to be mailed all the way back to the warehouse. It’s a nightmare. Don’t buy this brand.
