Greatest clear cubes... Wont crack

Greatest cubes... Worked perfectly. Just followed the instructions: to remove cubes, pour hot water in the foam base, place the cube tray in the hot water 4 min, remove.

Not great

Not what I expected or wanted . Ice does not pop out easily or at all without a lot of work. Bummed, but will be returning them
