product is damaged

I got three of those t shirts for my daughter and one of them( the white one) was damaged (it had holes and a yellow stain on it) I couldn’t return it because it was a final sale.

This is a girls top I bought for myself. It’s hot pink and cotton. And I wear it casually while I look for something in petites. I think it would be fine for its intended market.
