This little tutu is very cute . The material was surprisingly soft and had a little shimmer to it. The ruffles are adorable and the glitter elastic waistband gave it that sparkle. Simply adorable tutu skirt . My granddaughter got compliments on how Cute she looked . I reccomend.

Completely adorable!
My girlie girl is 2.5 and loves anything frilly. This skirt was perfect for her and she was so excited to wear it to grandma's. The material is light but appears durable enough for her antics. The waistband fit her well and was not too snug. She is petite so the skirt was longer on her than her 3.5 year old typical height cousin. I hope it comes in other colors! Overall it was a great skirt for both girls!

Elastic waistband stays put but still comes on and off easily. 4 stars instead of 5 because it could use another couple layers of tulle for a fuller look.
