Do not buy!

It is a beautiful looking chair. But that is where it ends. I have very acute rheumatoid arthritis and needed a power recliner. I bought this and for about 4 days it worked wonderfully. Then it stopped completely dead. I tried unplugging, plugging in etc. Nothing. I called Customer Service who though very polite - said no one could come to look at it for 3 weeks. As a long time Macy's customer for just about everything - this is very disappointing. A brand new chair that is useless. A friend bought hers from another store when the same thing happened (not the same chair, but a power recliner) and they sent out a replacement chair the next day. That is Customer Service!

Beautiful and comfortable

I purchased this a few months ago and I have been extremely happy with it. I placed a special order for a Sapphire Blue one and it is gorgeous and well made. This recliner is very comfortable and I have fallen asleep in it on more than one occasion. It has become my favorite chair.
